Haywards Heath Training - Guildford to Shoreham on Sea - 35 miles

Start - Sean Rawlings, Ian Dennis,  Sam Godding and Richard Bowman looking fresh at St Catherines Lock, Guildford.

Some of the old relics on the route and a train carriage. We cycled the full 35 miles of the Downs Link, a disused railway line from Guildford to Shoreham.
Ian Dennis & Richard Bowman take a well deserved breather.....again!
Finish - After 35 miles of hard, bumpy track we have finally made it to Sean's bridge over the River Adur, Shoreham on Sea. Time for a few beers!

A successful first outing but I think we all agreed that it was harder than expected. More training required and thank you, thank you, thank you to whoever invented padded cycling shorts!
